Research Assistant - Data Annotator

A Barcelona-based research team focused on the study of human attention is looking for a 4h/week intern/research assistant (remote work) to participate in data analysis. Specifically, the intern will help with the annotation of videos based on a pre-existing coding scheme. These videos are being used to develop an algorithm that predicts moment-to-moment fluctuations in individuals’ attention, and can have applications across various fields including health and education. The intern will be working in direct contact with the UX Researcher.

This opening is best suited for graduate (Master or PhD) students in psychology (e.g., cognitive, perception), neuroscience, human behavior more broadly, or related disciplines.

The working scheme is flexible and we would be happy to discuss remuneration and working hours depending on the candidate’s specific circumstances.
