Research Assistant

1. Implement and monitor agronomy research trials according to approved protocols.

2. Act as the main contact for research activities such as fertilizer, pest & disease

3. Coordinate with researchers and field teams to ensure accurate and timely data collection.

4. Supervise and guide technicians to meet research standards.

5. Ensure research materials, tools, and inputs are available and properly maintained.

6. Verify data quality and support preparation of research progress reports.

7. Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders to resolve field or technical issues.

8. Ensure all research activities comply with safety, environmental, and company standards.

9. Contribute to improvement of field execution and research processes.
