Job Description
The Research Associate is responsible for performing antibody conjugation to various labels and subsequent purification both through using established protocols, and supporting the development of new protocols.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Learn and perform antibody conjugations using advanced technologies and assist in evaluating product quality using techniques such as HPLC, FPLC (AKTA), and spectroscopy. Support the evaluation and development of new antibody labelling reagents and conjugation methods Prepare buffers and reagents, contribute to lab housekeeping, and ensure accurate documentation in line with SOPs and ISO9001:2015 standards. Communicate effectively with team members, contribute to process improvements, and support cross-functional coordination for downstream activities.
