Research Associate

1. Research Exploring the topics that are of research relevance and proposing research projects that align with Mental Health First Aid India objectives. Supporting the research team with execution of all the activities of the sanctioned research projects. Supporting the research team in development of new training and education modules based on research. Supporting the research team with publications. 2. Content Creation As a part of the content creation team, being involved in planning and writing content for various platforms where Mental Health First Aid India is active. 3. Support integrating MHFA in college and university Generating resources for college mental health and creating a resource hub. Support the sales team in outreach efforts (via emails). Support the social media team in social media posts relevant to colleges. 4. Others Involvement in training, strategy and other important programs of Mental Health First Aid India as required. Requirements Skills required: Knowledge and skills in research and statistics. Skill in handling statistical software. Tech savvy- use of AI, high aptitude to learn and use new software/ technology. Knowledge of social media.
