Responsibilities

  • Perform compound validation assays, with a primary focus on biochemical methods
  • Contribute to the identification of small-molecule molecular glues by supporting the screening team
  • Manage internal compound logistics and support the optimization of related workflows
  • Characterize and validate candidate molecular glues using biochemical, biophysical, and cellular approaches
  • Troubleshoot and refine compound profiling protocols
  • Keep accurate, detailed laboratory records; analyze data, and present results in internal project meetings
  • Collaborate closely with biology and chemistry teams to ensure timely delivery of profiling data for discovery programs
