Research Associate - Mining

Job Description Red Cloud Securities Inc. is a full-service mining-focused investment dealer based in Toronto, Ontario. The successful candidate will work closely with our Equity Research Analyst’s, and other senior members of the team to produce, distribute and communicate research products and recommendations internally and externally. Primary responsibilities include financial modeling, site visits and drafting of research reports, which include full length initiation, periodic notes, comprehensive industry overviews and thematic reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop and complete company specific related and sector/commodity related reports
• Create and maintain detailed financial models
• Analyze financial statements and press releases
• Help translate traditional reports and commentary to new media
• Answer client inquiries and assist in market efforts with the Sales and Trading desks
