This is a broad and dynamic role that provides high-level, proactive support to senior, highly experienced researchers who are also prominent academics holding key leadership positions within the university, namely the RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences Director of Education, and the Deputy Vice Chancellor of Academic Affairs. These individuals lead complex, high-impact research programmes alongside significant strategic and governance responsibilities, making this role critical to enabling their success. The Research Coordinator will act as a trusted partner, ensuring that administrative, financial, and operational aspects of research projects run smoothly, freeing the DVCAA and the Director of Education to focus on advancing the university’s academic priorities. This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into the management of world class lab-based scientific research and practice-based qualitative studies.
