*Fully remote position across US and European time zones*
Research Data Scientist required with experience developing software using various coding platforms. The candidate will work alongside a technical team to build and refine battery optimization solutions to serve our customers.
Responsibilities:
● Using collected data from our partners, apply advanced statistical models and machine learning to extract and refine models such as: ○ Design and build algorithms for cloud and embedded based Battery management system to estimate battery SOC, SOH and SOP ○ Creating predictive models to forecast potential battery failure and enable proactive maintenance ○ Optimal current & timing for overnight charging to reduce electricity cost, extend battery life
● Support in the collection & cleaning of data for model training
● Research novel machine learning techniques to improve the performance and generalization of the adaptive models
