About the Role:

We are looking for a hands-on Manager – R&D (Product Innovation) with strong experience in formulation development , testing , regulatory documentation , and packaging coordination in FMCG/Personal Care/Pharma.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys lab work, stability studies, ingredient research, packaging evaluations , and supporting the end-to-end development of new products.
