CDMO business , working closely with customers on complex chemistry programs.
Role Highlights
Lead and execute

process research & development

activities for CDMO projects
Serve as a

customer-facing scientific lead

for assigned programs
Drive

process optimization, scale-up support, and technology transfer
Collaborate with

analytical, manufacturing, and program management

teams
Mentor and develop a team of scientists
Candidate Profile
PhD in Chemistry

(Process / Organic Chemistry preferred)
Post-doctoral experience – good to have
Strong experience in a

CDMO environment

Experience
PhD/PDF - 4-6 years of Industrial experience
