• Strong secondary research skills – and experience of working on custom market intelligence / research projects for external clients

• Excellent business (report) writing skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word and Excel • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• End to end project management

• Working with multiple teams with NS and collaborate to provide the best output to the client.

• Strong exposure to management consulting, strategy and operations.

Prior experience leading workstreams, managing teams, and delivering client-facing engagements.

Experience in handling complex projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders.


Technical & Functional Skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

Ability to structure and deliver high-quality presentations and reports.

Proficiency in data-driven decision-making; comfort with Excel, PowerPoint, and relevant analytical tools.

Leadership & Team Skills:

Strong people management abilities, including mentoring junior team members.

Ability to guide teams, maintain quality assurance, and ensure project delivery excellence.
