We are seeking a highly motivated Research Scientist to drive advanced research and innovation in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and multi-agent systems. This role blends deep theoretical expertise with hands-on implementation, contributing to cutting-edge research and the translation of novel ideas into scalable, real-world systems.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• PhD or equivalent research experience in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a closely related discipline
• Strong expertise in one or more of the following areas:
• Machine learning, deep learning, reinforcement learning, or planning algorithms
• Graph-based learning and relational reasoning
• Multi-agent systems, coordination, and collaboration
• Optimization techniques and distributed algorithms
• Proven research excellence with publications in leading peer-reviewed venues such as NeurIPS, ICML, ICLR, AAMAS, CoRL, AAAI, or IJCAI
• Proficiency in Python and modern deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, JAX, or similar
• Strong systems-level thinking with the ability to balance theoretical rigor and practical implementation
• Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience working with agent frameworks, simulation environments, or large-scale system prototypes
• Background in distributed systems, protocol design, or scalable architectures
• Prior experience translating research outcomes into production-grade systems
