Overview
The aim of compliance-driven due diligence is to assess our clients' actual or potential counterparties, looking for issues that might pose reputational or other risk to them. The compliance due diligence researcher role involves media research, working with databases, primary documents and other sources to uncover reputational and criminal issues and ultimate beneficial ownership, and to make sense of complex corporate structures and identify political and sanctions exposure. The role requires reviewing, coordinating and reporting OSINT and HUMINT findings concisely within short timeframes, with a meticulous eye for detail in a fast-paced environment. The right candidate will be a team player who can maintain a positive attitude under pressure and communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
What you’ll do
- Work on a range of due diligence assignments, including corporate compliance/ABAC/ESG and financial crime/IPO/KYC projects
