Job Description
High communication skills, using a variety of techniques to suit varying audiences.
High level of English and Spanish. Knowledge of at least other language is desirable.
Ability to engage with and manage multiple stakeholder requirements.
Ability to adapt to varying business practices and legal requirements, both geographically and culturally.
Build strong client relationships with corporate and hotel-based colleagues.
Strong commercial and operational awareness, including knowledge of hotel pricing, accommodation options and outlets to apply Revenue Management strategy effectively.
Ability to plan, manage and prioritize workload and respond flexibly to changing needs.
Strong communication skills, required to liaise with customers, both internal and external.
