This position is responsible for answering and responding effectively to all enquiries on Hotel reservations in a knowledgeable, courteous and prompt manner.

Focus

This role focuses on delivering prompt, accurate, and professional reservation services while maximizing revenue through effective upselling and product knowledge. It also ensures seamless coordination with internal departments to support smooth operations and an excellent guest experience.
