Reservation Executive Location: InfoPark,Kochi, Education: Graduation Mandatory Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/telesales Salary: 25,000 - 28,000 per month(Based on previous exp and package) Requirement : Excellent Communication Skill is mandatory. Work Timing: Rotational Night Shift Responsibilities: Handle domestic and international reservation requests for hotels, flights, and packages. Manage group bookings, corporate reservations, and VIP clients efficiently. Perform telesales activities proactively call leads, promote travel products/packages, and convert enquiries into bookings Upsell additional services such as insurance, transport, and upgrades. Mentor and guide junior reservation executives when required. Requirements Graduation (Bachelors Degree) Fluency in spoken and written English Experience in the Sales domain Proficiency in MS Office CRM knowledge is a plus
