Reservation Executive

Location: InfoPark,Kochi, 

Education : Graduation Mandatory

Experience :   Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/telesales

Salary : ₹25,000 -  ₹28,000 per month( Based on previous exp and package )

Requirement : Excellent Communication Skill is mandatory.

Work Timing : Rotational Night Shift

Responsibilities:

• Handle   domestic and international reservation requests   for hotels, flights, and packages.
  

• Manage   group bookings, corporate reservations, and VIP clients   efficiently.
  

• Perform telesales activities — proactively call leads, promote travel products/packages, and convert enquiries into bookings
  

• Upsell additional services such as   insurance, transport, and upgrades .
  
  
• Mentor and guide junior reservation executives when required.
  

Requirements

• Graduation (Bachelor’s Degree)
  
  
• Fluency in spoken and written English
  
  
• Experience in the Sales domain 
  
  
• Proficiency in MS Office
  
  
• CRM knowledge is a plus
