Job Description

Assist guests with enquiries and recommend suitable room types or packages
Handle and resolve escalated reservation‑related concerns
Monitor guest satisfaction levels and feedback for service improvements
Ensure accuracy of reservation records and Property Management System (PMS) data entries
Manage all reservation transactions, including offers, options, confirmations, deposits, billing, and no‑shows
Coordinate group reservations, allocations, and special requests with relevant departments
Requirements
Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or its equivalent.
Minimum 2 years' experience in Reservations or Front Office within the hotel industry
Proactive, positive, and passionate about delivering excellent service
Able to multi‑task and work accurately in a fast‑paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5-days work week and willing to work on alternate Saturdays
