First impression count. We’re looking for a Reservations Agent who is responsible for delivering a seamless and personalised reservation experience that reflects the InterContinental brand standards. This role plays a critical part in ensuring each guest’s journey begins with exceptional service.
**Your day-to-day:**
+ Handle all reservation enquiries with professionalism and warmth, creating personalised booking experiences that reflect InterContinental brand standards.
+ Ensure all bookings, rates, guest details, preferences, and payment information are accurately entered and maintained in the PMS.
+ Communicate guest requirements, VIPs, and special arrangements with Front Office, Revenue, Sales, and Housekeeping to ensure seamless delivery.
+ Maintain a high level of product knowledge across rooms, outlets, and hotel services.
