The Role
PARKROYAL Monash Melbourne are currently looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Hotel Reservation Agent to join our team on a part-time basis.
The ideal candidate will assist guests with reservations, provide accurate information about our property and services, and ensure a smooth booking experience. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy hospitality, have strong communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Talent Profile
Handle incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
Accurately process bookings, cancellations, and modifications in the reservation system.
Provide guests with information about room types, rates, packages, and hotel amenities.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of promotions, seasonal offers, and hotel policies.
Ensure all guest details are recorded correctly and confidentially.
Collaborate with front desk and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Ideally, the Successful Candidate will have:
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with reservation systems (training provided).
Ability to multitask and work in a team environment.
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
Knowledge of Opera Property Management System (PMS)
A genuine passion for hospitality and providing excellent customer service
This role will include weekends and public holidays.
