Reservations Agent

Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for the right person to join the team- someone who can move with the changing business and grow & develop with us as the hotel welcomes our corporate & leisure guests.

What you will be doing:

• Consistently offering exceptional, friendly and engaging service
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through up-selling
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update accurate information in the system

• Guest focused personality is essential
• Prior experience working with Opera or a related system is preferred but not essential
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
• Valid Australian working rights
