Dromoland Castle Resort, one of Ireland's most prestigious five-star hotels, is currently recruiting for a position within our Reservations Team. As a Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional customer service while assisting with bookings, enquiries, and providing detailed information about the resort. You will engage with guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner, ensuring an outstanding experience from the very first interaction.

Overview of the Role:

• Working across a Monday to Sunday roster; flexibility is essential due to the nature of the business
• Midweek shifts: 9:00am-5:00pm / 10:00am-6:00pm / 12:00pm-8:00pm
