We’re now seeking a full-time Reservations Agent to support our busy Front Office team, delivering exceptional guest experiences from the very first interaction. About the role
This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role working 11:00am – 7:00pm, focused on providing professional, accurate and guest-centric reservation support. Key responsibilities
  • Managing individual and group reservations via phone and email with warmth, clarity and professionalism
  • Coordinating group bookings, including rooming lists, amendments and special requests
  • Supporting the Front Office team with reservations, changes and guest enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate guest and booking information using Opera Cloud
