Job Description

● 3–8 years of experience in the F&B or hospitality industry, ideally in reservations, guest

services, or front-of-house operations.

● Experience handling multi-channel guest communications and using reservation systems

(SevenRooms preferred; Auphan, PayMongo, HelixPay advantageous).

● Strong verbal communication skills—warm, clear, and confident.

● Proven ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced

environment.

● Experience working collaboratively with customer-facing and management teams.

● Professional appearance and a guest-first mindset aligned with Uma Nota’s culture of

vibrant hospitality.

● Prior experience overseeing or mentoring junior team members is a plus.
