Role Overview

To be responsible for individual and group transient reservations at Rudding Park, including bookings for the Hotel, Restaurants, Holiday Park, Spa and Golf, concentrating on maximise revenue for all areas through upselling and cross selling. To achieve and exceed all set service level agreements, key performance indicators and guest expectations.
