Job Description
As Reservations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficient systems, strong distribution management, and exceptional service delivery.
You will lead the reservations and groups team to maximise conversion, manage inventory and rates across all channels, and support the Director of Revenue with hotel’s overall revenue strategy.
### **Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:**
+ Ensure accurate loading and maintenance of rates, packages and availability across all booking platforms.
+ Manage all reservations channels including direct, online travel agents (OTAs), GDS and wholesale partners to optimise distribution and maximise conversion.
