Responsibilities

• As Reservations Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operation of the Reservations Department, ensuring efficient systems, strong distribution management, and exceptional service delivery.
• You will lead the reservations and groups team to maximise conversion, manage inventory and rates across all channels, and support the Director of Revenue with hotel’s overall revenue strategy.
• Ensure accurate loading and maintenance of rates, packages and availability across all booking platforms.
• Manage all reservations channels including direct, online travel agents (OTAs), GDS and wholesale partners to optimise distribution and maximise conversion.
• Oversee reservations procedures, ensuring accuracy of bookings, billing, payment processing and contract compliance.
