Job Summary
Assumes the position of absentee Business Center personnel. Ensures strict implementation and consistent compliance to the policies and procedures of the Bank, BSP/AMLA regulations and other external regulatory rules. Supports the business objectives through excellent customer service delivery and service-related initiatives towards total customer satisfaction.
Willing to be assigned in Lucena.
How will you contribute?
- Assumes the position of Service Manager (SM), Service Officer (SO), Service Associate (SA), Service Associate-Pickup Teller (SA-Pickup Teller) in their absence.
- Assists in performing compliance reviews on a case-to-case basis as assigned by the Regional Service Head.
- Performs ad hoc tasks such as special investigations/reviews, reconciliation of unbalanced accounts, ATM duty officer duties, etc., as assigned by the District Service Head.
