Job Description
Lead the reserving and reporting activities within the team including periodic valuation of all portfolios backed with the analysis of key trends.
Provide key insights to the senior management related to different LOBs post valuation activity.
Submission of various regulatory requirements from time to time. This includes the predefined regulatory submissions as well as the ad-hoc requirements.
Lead Annual reporting activity including Financial Condition Report, IBNR report and their respective forms.
Review data, methodologies, assumptions, results and benchmark against market.
Automation of various manual activities on SAS Viya. Building reserving models/ other statistical models on SAS Viya.
Develop towards a culture of strong checks and balances and high levels of documentation standard and consistency across regulatory submissions.
Discussions with underwriting, claims, Finance, RI, etc. and distribution teams for various activities related to reserving and reg...
