Resident Architect - (554)

•    To assist the Employer, Senior Resident Architect (SRA) and Consultants Team to carry out su-pervision of architectural and related works;
•    To assist Employer, SRA and Consultants Team to manage the Project, including progress con-trol, quality control, variation/cost control, environment, health and safety control, etc;
•    To assist Employer, SRA and Consultants Team to monitor and coordinate architectural works by Contractors to facilitate TOP, project completion, handover and CSC inspections;
•    To report any critical and/or major issues and propose possible solutions to Employer, SRA and Consultants Team;
•    To liaise and coordinate with Employer, SRA and Consultants Team to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues with Stakeholders, Consultants Team, Contractors and Direct Contract Ven-dors;
