The Resident Care Manager reports to the Director of Care and is responsible for the overall provision of personal support care and services to residents, and to ensure adequate resources are available to provide quality person-centered care for all residents. The Resident Care Manager participates in continuous quality improvement initiatives, and acts as a resource,
mentor, and coach to Personal Support Workers in various clinical areas, as outlined in the position summary.
