Job Description
The Tasks/Responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Bid Evaluation
- Creates bid/buying specifications, guidelines and standards for Land and Building Improvement projects (e.g. installation guidelines, synopsis template, etc.)
- Conducts case studies and innovation studies.
- Initiates system improvements based on historical data and other references (e.g. cost standardization, contractor mapping, etc.)
- Assists the Project Owners during negotiation by providing pre-assessment of quotations and project details.
- Handles comprehensive evaluation of projects for approval based on the following, but not limited to, compliance to specifications and standards, OPEX and CAPEX analysis, technical analysis and contractor’s performance.
Project Management
- Monitors contract terms thru warranty trackers
- Monitors status, project timelines and milestones of on-going projects.
