Description:

The resident engineer will be responsible for overseeing the progress of construction projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders. This role will require extensive on-site presence and coordination with various stakeholders during the entire construction process.

This role will be assigned in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Delivery

 Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction activities on-site, including material delivery, contractor schedules, labor resources, and equipment usage.

 Reviewed the design proposals, work program, material submittals, method statements, shop drawings, payments, variation orders and claims, etc.

 Effectively manage the site supervision staff during construction & ensuring the works are being conducted according to the Contract specifications.
