CDCC seeks a Resident Engineer to support the Construction Management team, overseeing civil and structural aspects of construction projects. The role includes supervising contractors, monitoring progress, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and contributing to project reports and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Project Oversight, Safety, Quality, and Technical Compliance
- Ensure contractor compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards in civil and structural work.
- Oversee civil and structural construction activities, emphasizing safety, timeliness, and compliance.
- Enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance in civil and structural aspects.
- Project Planning, Coordination, and Cost Control
- Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation for civil and structural work.
