Resident Engineer

Overview

To execute, implement and ensure project completion and delivery on time with good quality product.

Assisting the Civil & Structural consultant on all technical matters.

Ensure work on site is carried out in accordance to approve drawings and specifications.

Carry out value engineering works where possible.

Co-ordinate with site resident staff to reduce problem.

Evaluation of work done by contractors.

Monitor progress and highlight critical problems / issues to consultants.

Attend and report all site meetings.

To comply ISO requirement & rectify shortfalls detected within allowed timeframe.

Compliance of ISO 9001:2015 (QMS)

Compliance of ISO 14001: 2015 (Environmental)

Compliance of ISO 45001:2018 (site safety)
