  • Manages and oversees the day-to-day construction activities of the project.
  • Monitors and reports each project phase details to Construction Manager, daily, weekly and monthly.
  • Acts as the primary Point of Contact for the Construction Supervision of the project.
  • Assesses soil investigation with inputs from ENDV to see the appropriateness of the project site.
  • Prepares periodic reports and assessments for each project phase.
  • Performs Quality Control and design modifications on site.
  • Monitors construction progress against the schedule, and implements steps to avoid delay.
  • Performs field quality control observations and assessments.
  • Holds meetings with site workers and subcontractors on behalf of the Construction Manager.
