Job Description

As Resident Engineer, you're responsible in providing the equipment and utilities that the mall needs to operate. You are in-charge of the mall's maintenance and repairs, ensuring that the mall is operating safely and efficiently for an safe and fun malling experience. Part of your task is to also ensure that the mall is compliant with the standards set by the government agencies and local government units.

Experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Building/Facilities/Property Management
  • At least 3 years of experience as licensed engineer

Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical)
  • PRC License (Registered Mechanical or Electrical Engineer)
  • Good and effective communication skills

Location

Candidate must be willing to be assigned in one of our malls located in Muntinlupa City.
