Roles & Responsibility: -
 Able to lead, assess, develop, and coach a technical team and provide technical input
to resolve operational facility related problems.
 Ensure 100% availability of all critical infrastructure systems within the technical
facilities and undertake strategic planning for required shutdowns and maintenance
activities.
 Assist in the design and operational strategies for the facility infrastructure.
 Manage all aspects of CCTV, Access control capacity planning, system deployment and
decommissioning activities.
 Thorough knowledge of critical infrastructure components that include, but are not
restricted to, CCTV, Access control, and other security systems.
 Maintaining the asset inventory and management of spare equipment in liaison with
the respective groups in it and facilities where required.
 Plan organization-wide activities (setting objectives, developing strategies, budgeting,
developing policies and procedures, and organizing the functions necessary to
accomplish the activities)
 Monitor and test fixes to ensure problems have been adequately resolved physically.
 Track and analyze trends in incident, request and change requests and generate
statistical reports for management, maintaining a product catalog.
 Coordinating with the vendor for hardware devices.
 Coordinating with the Application team for adding / removing devices from PAM
portal.
