Halff has an immediate opening for a Resident Engineer/Construction Project Manager in our North Austin or Waco, TX office. The ideal candidate will bring civil engineering experience with a focus on transportation in the consulting industry and/or working with, or for, public sector clients.





What you will do:

Manage inspection and testing teams/coordinating tasks of moderate size and complexity, make decisions independently, and resolve complex problems.

Manage budgets, personnel, schedules, sub consultants, and client interaction.

Supports operation managers and practice leaders in business development and pursuit of construction engineering and inspection opportunities. 

What you will need:

5+ years of project management experience in Texas.
