**Job Summary**:
The **Resident Experience Specialist** serves as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. The role includes managing resident communications, overseeing lease renewals, and collaborating with the property management team to enhance services and improve resident retention.
The **Resident Experience Specialist** will:
- Handle all resident inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and loyalty.
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs with the Leasing Consultant to ensure a smooth transition.
- Manage and facilitate lease renewal processes, aiming for a 95% renewal rate for 12-month leases.
