Job Summary

The Resident Manager oversees the daily operation and administration of designated properties and/or acts as a Floating Manager looking after different properties of the company as per the need basis, ensuring occupancy levels; cleanliness and safety standards are met. They are the primary liaison between the tenants and the Property Managers and Maintenance staff.
