Monroe Group is looking for a Resident Service Coordinator to join our team! We are seeking a Resident Service Coordinator to help us keep our property running smoothly. Must enjoy working with people and have a passion for customer service!

Responsibilities

The Resident Service Coordinator (RSC) will coordinate and provide, with the support of the onsite property management team, a range of educational materials to be available to residents free of charge. The RSC will create materials as well as obtain materials from area community service organizations. In addition, the RSC will act as a relocation specialist to help plan, coordinate, and communicate in-place renovations and temporary relocations as they continue through construction projects at the properties.
