Overview

We are a reputable and well-established Quantity Surveyor Consultant firm involved in prestigious high-rise developments. We are seeking highly experienced and proactive Resident Quantity Surveyors (RQS) to join our project team.

Responsibilities

• Administer and manage all contractual and cost matters
• Prepare, evaluate, and certify interim progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts
• Monitor site progress, project budgets, cost control, and cash flow throughout the construction period
• Review contractors’ submissions and verify work done on site
• Advise the Client on contractual matters, variations, and cost implications
• Coordinate closely with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders on site matters
• Evaluate subcontractors’ quotations and assist in procurement
