Job Summary:
The Residential & Data Center Technician is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and coordination of structured cabling and IT infrastructure in both residential and data center environments. This role requires hands-on technical expertise in network cabling, rack and stack activities, and coordination of service activities for clients in the financial services sector, where uptime, security, and compliance are essential. The technician ensures that all work meets industry standards, company quality benchmarks, and the stringent operational requirements of banking and financial institutions.

Technical Installation & Maintenance
Install, terminate, test, and label copper (Cat5e, Cat6, Cat6A) and fiber optic cabling systems in residential, office, and data center environments.
Execute rack and stack activities, including the physical installation of servers, network switches, routers, and related IT equipment.
