Job Description

1. Building Maintenance & Repair

  • Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance of office facilities (e.g., lighting, air conditioning, electrical systems, furniture).
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.
  • Repair or replace defective components, fixtures, or equipment.
  • 2. Facility Operations

  • Monitor and ensure the functionality of building utilities (electricity, water supply, HVAC systems).
  • Support the setup of office layouts, partitions, and furniture arrangements.
  • Assist in managing office renovation, improvement, or relocation projects.
  • 3. Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
  • Conduct safety checks on fire extinguishers, emergency lights, and other safety equipment.
