Residential Design Architect

Looking for a creative, inspired and research oriented Architect to plan individual home residences. The architect’s responsibilities include understanding user requirements, developing product proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, budget and construction documents.

To be successful in this role, one should be able to visualise spaces in three dimensions, have a good understanding of architectural/construction technologies and be research driven to solve user problems.

Experience : 0-2 Yrs (Freshers)

Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with the architectural team to develop creative and innovative architectural solutions.
• Assist in creating and refining architectural plans, drawings, and 3D models for residential projects.
• Research and stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and construction.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of AI-driven design processes.

Requirements :

• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Sketchup.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
• A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
• Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new technologies in the architecture industry.
