Your Role

As Estimating Manager you will be responsible for preparing accurate, detailed estimates for boutique residential projects. You will work closely with design, pre‑construction and construction teams to ensure pricing reflects design intent, buildability, quality, and margins. This is a senior, trusted role for a collaborative professional with strong high‑end residential construction knowledge and real influence across pre‑construction and delivery.
