Ideal Candidate
- 3+ years of hands-on interior design experience
- Strong portfolio in premium residential interiors
- Excellent command over:
- Space planning
- Materials & finishes
- Joinery detailing
- Design logic (not just trends)
- Ability to take ownership of design decisions and defend them confidently
- Calm, structured, and mentor-oriented personality
