I am looking for a skilled 3D modeler to generate residential kitchen based on hand skethen i will provide. . The project is in an early design phase and will be used to help the client visualize layout options in 3D.
The goal is clear spatial visualization .
The initial phase will focus on modeling one kitchen space only.
Scope of Work – Phase 1 (Kitchen Only)
Build a clean 3D model based on freehand architectural plans
Concept-level cabinetry modeling
Counter heights at 33 (custom height)
appliance placeholders
Basic wall openings (windows/doors as provided)
Accurate proportions based on provided dimensions
Prepare 3 interior perspectives
Deliverables:
3 high-resolution JPG images
Editable source file (SketchUp / 3ds Max / Rhino – specify your software)
Revision Structure
1 consolidated revision round included
Minor layout adjustments only
Additional layout alternatives may be commissioned as a separate phase
