We are seeking a Residential Leasing Manager to oversee and execute day-to-day leasing operations across our residential property communities. What You'll Do

• Participation in the full leasing process

• Maintain a comprehensive and up to date knowledge of the portfolio, including availability, vacancy, suite layouts, common areas, amenities, parking, etc

• Develop leads including telephone and email inquiries, holding open houses, and participating in marketing and sales event

• Ability to conduct viewings and tours on an on-going basis

• Ensure rental applications are reviewed and approved, including conducting credit and reference checks
